Compiling a book

Hey everyone! I'm the founder of The AGA Project: Art for Global Action, which is an organization that raises awareness for international causes using art and writing. I would like to publish a compilation of art and writing pertaining to the environment. I am seeking artists and writers to lend some of their work to this project. All proceeds of the book will go towards a cause (I haven't decided yet). All work will of course be copyrighted under YOUR name, and information about all of the writers and artists will appear in the book. This is not a project for one to make money, but is a great way to speak up about the environment, as well as get your art out there. The book will be published independently and I have a lot of experience with publishing (I am the editor of the Brushfire Literature and Art Journal).
